Grantee Requirements (modified from the 2006-2007 contract):
Grantee will prepare a plan for disaster recovery that includes reinstituting program operations including services to current clients and a plan for responding to additional client need. This plan will be in draft form by January 1, 2007, final form by March 31, 2007, and tested within the second quarter of 2007.
